Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania. She is an actress from Germany and Romania. Her best-known films include Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Since she was the sole child of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra began her career in showbiz early. Her roles included lead characters in television dramas as early as the age of 16. The Oscar-nominated film Downfall her character as Secretary Traudljunge, Adolf Hitler's secretary was also critically acclaimed. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are also Oscar nominees featuring female stars. Alexandra's professional career has included participate in several significant national and international productions. This includes the British biographical film Control Greek drama film The Dust of Time and French historic miniseries Napoleon as well as other miniseries. Additionally, she was part of both jury for the Cannes Film Festival jury and Transylvania International Film Festival.
